The President of the Louisiana State Bar Association is Frank Nooner who will be coming back and attempting to get the lawyers back online in New Orleans, but he faces insurmountable obstacles, which are much stronger than the 350-mile levee system.

Some of the students in law school are trying to volunteer and get admitted to the bar on a temporary basis; "pro hac vice" on an emergency basis to help with those who need legal help? That would be funny, a bunch of wannbe lawyers cluttering up the closed courts with more debris.
