If you have strength of character and inner will then you immediately see these traits in others you meet and you also see when someone is lacking these very important qualities of success. They lack inner will, they just dont have it, so you try to turn them back on and motivate them and perhaps are semi-successful yet somehow they just do not get it at all and revert back to mediocrity. What can you do?

The lack of personal motivation is a real problem in our society and there are so many people just will not press on no matter what the task or how important. I believe when natural disasters strike that those who lack inner will, might just let Mother Nature take them and not even put up a fight, it seems to be getting that bad you see?

Let me give you an example. When the big power outage happened due to a cascading affect in the Northeast people on TV were seen complaining that they had to walk 10-miles to get out of NYC? Well why is this so difficult, put one-foot in front of the other and hoof it on out of there you see?

I have watched friends in small business fail because they lacked the drive and ambition to work a few extra hours, try a little harder and dedicate themselves to a more rigorous effort. If you want to succeed in life you must take some of the torpedoes head on and go full speed ahead. You must over come, never give up and persevere if you want to succeed and most of all you must commit to seeing it through and let your inner will shine in that same direction. Consider this in 2006.
